Carol Stubbings is the PwC Global Markets and Tax & Legal Services (TLS) leader and is based out of the London office. With over 25 years of experience working with large multinational organisations, Carol supports clients with an array of different strategic and complex challenges across different geographies and cultures. Global TLS brings together more than 44,000 people in 139 countries around the network providing tax, legal and workforce expertise to help our clients solve complex and important problems. As the Global Markets leader, Carol is Chair of the Global Markets Leadership team (GMLT) which leads Network-wide market-facing strategy, activities and initiatives.
Carol is also Executive Sponsor for PwC’s “New world. New skills” global initiative and led PwC’s thinking around the Workforce of the Future. Her recent work includes advising clients on global transformation, talent and culture change programmes, and opportunities from market disruptors and innovations.
Carol has over 15 years of experience in Global Leadership roles. Prior to her current role, she was part of the Global Tax & Legal Services leadership team as the Workforce (formally People and Organisation) leader. Carol was instrumental in driving the growth of the Workforce practice over her four year tenure. Previous to her role as Workforce leader, she led the Global Mobility practice within TLS, and has been the lead Tax Partner on some of PwC’s largest global clients.
Carol lives in Hampshire, England with her husband and has three children. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, walking and travelling.
