I help clients understand how a wide range of global and local developments may affect their businesses and then work with them to accomplish their goals. That includes technology-enabled consulting services for acquisitions, dispositions, structuring of tax-efficient business models, intellectual property planning, integrated foreign holding companies and treasury management structures.
